Terms of Service
Effective from August 2026
Happy Quartz Path Godo Kaisha
12-23 Kamigofukumachi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka 812-0036
Scope and purpose
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Happy Quartz Path Godo Kaisha ("the Company"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
Service usage
- This site may be used to learn about our services and to submit enquiries through the contact form.
- Use of the site for unlawful purposes, or in a way that disrupts its function, is not permitted.
- Access requires only a standard web browser; no account is needed to browse the site.
Accounts and access
This site does not currently require account creation. Where any future feature requires an account, separate terms will apply and will be communicated clearly at that time.
Service availability
- We aim to keep this site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Content and features may be updated or modified without prior notice.
- Services described on this site are offered primarily to businesses in Japan, though enquiries from elsewhere are welcome.
Intellectual property
Content on this site, including text and design elements, belongs to Happy Quartz Path Godo Kaisha unless otherwise noted. It may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Enquiries through this site
- A first message only needs a short description: the kind of documents your business holds, roughly how many, and whether the problem is finding information or sorting incoming paperwork. We reply within two to three business days.
- Please do not attach internal manuals, contracts or customer files to the contact form. If we need samples to judge readiness, we will agree the sample size and a secure way of sharing it once a scope is in place.
- The contents of your enquiry are used to reply and to prepare a proposal. They are handled according to our Privacy Policy and are not passed to third parties for marketing.
Examples and descriptions on this site
- The retrieval example on our home page, with its supplier approval question and named source files, illustrates how answers are presented. The file names are examples, not documents belonging to any client.
- Durations and prices on the offers page describe the standard scope. The written scope for your engagement, agreed before work begins, is what applies to you.
- Explanations of how classification and search work are general. Whether your own documents are in a condition to support either is what the Data Readiness Assessment is meant to establish.
Working together after an enquiry
- If you decide to proceed, we will send a written scope covering the service, the documents and systems involved, the access rules by staff group, and the delivery timeline. Work begins only after you confirm it.
- Meetings can be held at your premises, at our office in Hakata-ku, or online. We work with companies across Japan, and any travel needed outside Fukuoka is stated in the scope beforehand.
- Engagement terms, including liability and confidentiality for documents you entrust to us, are set out in our separate Terms and Conditions.
Using what we publish
- You are welcome to read, print and share pages from this site within your organisation, for example to explain to colleagues what a readiness assessment involves. Reusing our text or diagrams in your own published material requires permission.
- Some pages refer to software, file formats or storage services made by other companies. Those names belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by them.
- If you notice an error on this site, such as an outdated price or an unclear description of what a service includes, we would be glad to hear about it through the contact page.
If you are unsure which service fits
Many enquiries begin with a sense that knowledge sits with a few long-serving staff, or that paperwork takes too long to sort, without a clear picture of which service applies. That is a normal starting point. Describe the situation as you see it and we will say plainly whether a knowledge base, classification, or a readiness check comes first, including when we think none of them would help yet.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Japanese law, the Company is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information on this site where no engagement exists, nor for the content of external sites linked from it.
Governing law, changes and contact
Japanese law applies, and disagreements about these terms that cannot be settled between us are for the Fukuoka District Court to decide. When these terms are revised, the effective date at the top of this page is updated. Our Hakata-ku office answers questions on +81 92-292-8920 and through the contact page.
